I will 16ththe fantastic on that. I put out pumpkins but can't be bothered to do the house. However, looking at that makes me want to hit the stores. Unfortunately, there's no trick-or-treat in Japan, so we won't be getting any visitors. I have 14 Jacks sitting on my door steps and we have had one p...

Great post and I usually try to use the biggest pumpkin I can carry.

However, I think Ryan should have a smallest prize.

Who can carve a stencil in one of those mini pumpkins or something.

They'd have my respect.

Not only time, but it costs money to have a website. There are no advertisements or pop up on this site. Isn't that nice? Ryan is great in that he gives you a choice of how much you want to DONATE to be part of Zombie Pumkins. Think about it. If you saw these in a book at the store, would you pay $2...

So, I'm carving pumpkins with my 4 year old son last night and he's scooping out the guts. He turns and asks me, "Dad, why do you carve so many pumpkins?" So, I explained to him that it was a hobby of mine and that i really enjoyed making the pumpkins and displaying them. Next question was "What's a...

Did you pull out all the strings and soft meat?

I usually shave down or scrape out everything until I get to the hard meat of the pumpkin. Then I worry about thickness (or don't.)

I don't know of any pattern that requires shading on this site. Probably what you've read is people talking about non-Zombie patterns or personal patterns posted by forum users. Like Dadja said just transfer your stencil and hack away! is this really as easy as it seems with the use of the stencils ...

I start decorating Oct. 1st. I decorate my classroom and put stuff in the windows. I also try to have one Jack o' Zombie  out every week. I had my first picture taker yesterday! Now, you guys got me thinking I'm a freak. I used to work in a Walgreen's in the States and am just used to months o...

I also like the location there in front of the fire place.

Sodajazz, how big is Halloween in the U.K.?

Do you have a lot of trick or treaters?

Is Halloween killing Guy Fawkes Day?

Remember, you speak for all of England.

We did vampires http://www.marks-english-school.com/news/2003halloween/page1.htm and last year Star Wars http://www.marks-english-school.com/news/halloween/starwars_famil...
