Haha - I just have to laugh. All those wasted years when I poo-poo'd pumpkin carving and halloween fun.
In Oct. of '03 I did a search online for pumpkin stencils and found "Attack of the Zombie Pumpkins" where I downloaded Capt. Jack Sparrow. My Jack-O'lantern was a neighborhood hit! I saved the original stencil and carved Jack again last year, and I added another with a the profile of the presidential candidate that I supported
This year I decided to expand my repertoire, so I carved three Johnny Depp characters- Jack Sparrow, Willy Wonka and Victor from Corpse Bride.
Next year, watch out!! It's gonna be out of control!
