The grim reeper was from clipart. I use the picture in ESL classes in Japan and thought it would make a nice Jack o' Lantern.

If you want the picture, let me know. It was really simple.

wow, those are awesome, i too like the grim reaper, and I really like the more traditional psychotic looking jack-o-lantern in the middle. I might have to do him, free hand, on one this year.

i think sometimes the simplest patterns turn out better than the more complicated ones

Thats the best part of ZP. Most of the patterns are fairly simple but look great when carved.
