This has probably been talked about before, if so I appologize for bringing it up again.

Any horror movie fans out there? If so what are your favorite movies? My all time fav is The Shinning (Kubricks version). But I am up for anything, new and old.

So what are some favorites from some true fans of Halloween? I might be missing something worth watching.

I absolutely love horror movies. Unfortunately a LOT of horror movies in the last decade have been disappointing. I am simply in love with the Saw movies though. Very detailed story lines and enough gore for us blood and guts fans. Jeepers Creepers is also one of my favorites. More because I love the concept of the Creeper monster rather then the story lines.

Jeepers Creepers is one of the best in a while to me. My favorite is probably Night Of The Lliving Dead or Halloween. Im also a big fan of the classic monster films like Dracula, Frankenstein, The Mummy. Just not halloween without those movies to me. :)

Oh I just thought of one of my favorite somewhat scary/mystery type movies. The Skeleton Key. If you haven't see it go rent it. Very awesome movie, very good story line.

Obviously I'm a fan of the Shining. I'll watch anything however, and my DVD collection continues to grow with everyting from Fulci's The Beyond to considerably worse films like Weasles Eat My Flesh. It's all fun though. The best I've seen recently is The Abandoned, like the Shining, Rosemary's Baby, and other films of days gone by, this one slowly builds the suspense and kick you in the head with alot of WTF? images.
