Every year I make my appearance as the Wicked witch of the West, complete with latex and green paint. I have been on the search for the perfect wicked witch green. I have been trying Mehron, etc. I like a good thick creme, but have been mixing colors thus far to achieve the perfect look. Any suggestions?

have you tried Ben Nye? thats the theatre make up most use during a performance of the wizard of oz. i at one point knew what was used during wicked i know it is air brushed on the actor though.

I was just going to suggest Ben Nye products. I've also heard some good things about kryolan, but I have not tried them. Ben Nye has been a favorite of mine for awhile.

i have a friend i went to school with on the tour right now i'll try to get a hold of them to find out for sure what the make up department uses. but that looks like it would work

my friend says thats pretty much as good as you can get. but it would be better put it on than have someone help you get dressed because its more than important to powder everything you can. its a two person effort apparently.

Great video, My wife wanted to do something like this for Halloween. But she wanted to be painted red. I will have to get some of this make up for her.
