You can use spraypaint, but you have to paint the styrafoam first with an laxtex paint first and make sure it is sealed.

I made one more and that's probably it for this season. I stole kittie's design for the last one. Well, borrowed and made it a little different because it's not nearly as big/tall.

Actually, I use only spray paint on mine. I found that, when applied with care, the aresol melting the styrofoam creates a great weathered look, especially around the edges. The closer the spray can is, the more it melts.

If you try this, make sure that you are outside and do not breath in the vapors.

Mine are very detailed, so I really don't want them to melt at all.
